Pre-paid parking
cards are divided into two sections A and B. An A-card holder has the
right to park in all car parks. A B-card holder has the
right to park only in B-marked car parks. In case you do not have a pre-paid
parking card, you can use coins or the Nol card to pay for temporary parking.

A customer
can obtain one card for one car, two cars or three cars, provided that this is
mentioned when obtaining the card and that the plate numbers of the two or
three cars are stated on the card.
Card holders are
not entitled to park in the car parks of:

Dubai
International Airport.

Media City.

Internet City.

Car-parking cards for
people with special needs
Those with special needs
have the right to obtain a free car-park card from Dubai Roads and Transport
Authority. See

Conditions:

A
medical report from a government hospital or the management of a rehabilitation
and training centre for those with special needs showing the patient’s case and
if it is permanent or temporary should be submitted.

The
applicant should be a holder of a driving licence or own a vehicle registered
in his/her name in Dubai.
