Getting a telephone
connection in Dubai is easy and involves very little paper-work, with your
telephone line being installed within 24 hours.
Postpaid fixed-line
phone service is a good value and easy to use. Calls made within the same
emirate, from a fixed telephone line to another, are free of charge. Fixed
telephone lines can be obtained from Etisalat and in some areas from Du.
