The Dubai Trade Portal is Dubai Trade’s single sign-on, single window providing a streamlined flow of services designed around customers’ needs and targeted at customers’ satisfaction.
Dubai Trade provides support for its eServices through multiple channels including a toll free phone line 8004464, email customercare@dubaitrade.ae, fax and web enquiries. The Contact Centre is operated by highly skilled staff, 24 hours seven days a week. Dubai Trade’s major services include Mirsal 2 Customs declarations services, Port services, free zone services for companies licenses in Jebel Ali Free Zone, TechnoPark, Dubai Auto Zone or Dubai Multi Commodities Centre. All services involving online payment are facilitated using Dubai Trade’s secure electronic payment service.
Dubai Trade also provides effective and high-quality training sessions for customers, who plan to utilize its eServices. The aim is to equip customers with the required knowledge and skills to effectively conduct their business online. Training is provided through multiple channels including classroom hands-on workshops, e-tutorials and printed materials.
