Real Estate Regulatory Agency
HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, launched the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) on July 31, 2007 as part of the Dubai Land Department. RERA is regarded as the first-of-its-kind specialized interactive real estate agency for communicating with all sections of the real estate sector including government bodies, property developers and brokers, investors and financial institutions to provide comprehensive online real estate services.
