Ahlan…Marhaba. Hello & welcome to Dubai.

Meet & Greet services from Dubai Airport are popular for first time travellers at Dubai's Terminal 1,2 and 3. It is also useful for those who wish to offer their loved ones or guests the luxury of quick immigration formalities either at arrival or departure. The two organizations who offer such services are Ahlan/ Al Majlis service from Dubai Airport and Marhaba service from DNATA.

Dubai.ae tip: Both services recommend that you book at least 24 hours in advance. All services may not be available at Terminal 2. As of October 2008, you can now book your meet and greet services online from both organizations.

Dubai Airport offers the following packages:
Al Majlis VIP Service: Personalized VIP service at Terminal 1 includes Al Majlis lounge, airport entry pass, special check-in, immigration & baggage clearance etc. Advantages include facility for passengers to arrive 45 minutes before scheduled departure, instead of 3 hours early, if their tickets/passports/baggage are sent at least 90 minutes before scheduled departure of flight. Up to 5 persons in a group can travel & have up to 3 greeters/receivers in the Al Majlis lounge. Costs about AED 1500 per individual, though a family travelling together pays less, with an initial cost of AED 1500 plus AED 500 for each family member. Any non-family member travelling with the group has to pay AED 1500. Book Al Majlis online.

Ahlan Premium Meet & Greet: A full service package that includes refreshments & relaxation at the Ahlan lounge, while waiting for immigration formalities, free porter service, fast track immigration clearance etc. Options include greeter/receiver having airport entry pass with access to Ahlan lounge & valet parking (subject to prior approval from Airport security.) Costs are AED 150 per passenger and additional AED 150 in case of greeter/receiver requiring access to Ahlan lounge. Ahlan Standard Meet & Greet:Fairly similar package to premium though it excludes porter service. Costs are AED 100 per passenger and additional AED 150 in case of greeter/receiver requiring access to Ahlan lounge (subject to prior approval from Airport security). Marhaba offers the following packages:
Diamond Package: Full service package including personalized escort, fast track immigration clearance for arrival/departure, visa delivery, free porter service, buggy car transfer in Terminal 1, Ahlan lounge for departing passengers etc. Ideal for VIPs, younger passengers traveling alone, elderly or wheelchair passengers. Costs about AED 150 per passenger in Terminal 1 & AED 100 per passenger in Terminal 2. Additional costs apply for add-ons like flowers & limousines. Family Package:Similar to the Diamond Package but aimed at families, the package includes personalized escort, fast track immigration clearance for arrival/departure, visa delivery, free porter service, buggy car transfer in Terminal 1, baby stroller etc. Costs are for a maximum of 4 from the same family, with additional charges for more members of the same family. Costs are about AED 230 in Terminal 1 and AED 140 in Terminal 2. Additional costs apply for add-ons like flowers & limousines. Book Marhaba Family package online or use email/fax options.

Standard Meet & Greet Package: The package includes group escort, fast track immigration clearance, visa delivery & buggy car transfer in Terminal 1. Ideal for new travellers into Dubai or those wishing to rush through immigration formalities. Costs are about AED 80 in Terminal 1 & AED 75 in Terminal 2.
