Companies based abroad or in other emirates can open branches to perform the same activities as per their parent company. Establishing a branch in Dubai goes through similar procedures like a new company. You need to choose license type and the same legal form of your parent company, and get an initial approval, name approval and other approvals of related entities.

Board resolution from the parent company
Authorization letter from the managing director
Parent company’s commercial registration certificate
Parent company’s Memorandum of Association (MoA)
If your parent company is based abroad or in a UAE free zone, you'll need:
Copy of the parent company’s license
All parent company documents must be:
Attested in the home country by the UAE Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Counter-attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Legally translated into Arabic and attested by the UAE Ministry of Justice
