Admission to Higher Education Institutions
UAE citizens and students whose mothers are Emiratis can apply for registration at a higher education institution through the website of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The applicant must be enrolled in or have completed Grade 12 requirements at public and private schools in the UAE or abroad.
Expatriate students residing in Dubai and/or international students have to approach each individual higher education institute for registration terms and conditions.
