The ‘Doctor for Every Citizen’ telehealth service, launched by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) in December 2019, provides free 24/7 medical consultations via voice and video calls through the Dubai Health app. The services, which is available for citizens and residents, covers initial consultations, follow-ups, lab and radiology test requests, and electronic prescriptions. It enhances healthcare accessibility and patient convenience, ensuring medical support anytime, anywhere.
