Vulnerable groups like seniors and residents who do not know how to use smart phones or electronic devices receive digital support in physical public places to get online services. Dubai Government provide several channels for online services in public places. These channels include the following:
Mobile customer happiness centres
Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai allocated mobile vehicles to deliver instant services to end-users in geographical districts in Dubai.
Through a coach fitted with self-service machines, the mobile customer happiness centre delivers vehicle licensing, driver’s licensing, and parking cards services.
If needed, RTA coach helps seniors, people of determination and expatriate residents. Read more
Services 1 centre
Services 1 is Dubai government’s one-stop shop service centre, which delivers integrated government services as bundles without the need for customers to visit other government service centres.

The Smart Police Station (SPS) is an integrated interactive self-service police station. It is the first of its kind that allows the community members to apply for Dubai Police services instead of traditional police stations.
