The law in Dubai and the UAE prohibits all forms of discrimination. Therefore, if you face discrimination in Dubai, you can report it to the concerned government authorities. Community Development Authority (CDA) receives complaints related to human rights, while Dubai Police receive victim support request, including discrimination cases. You can report discrimination experienced at workplace through the online channels of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) for the private sector employees.
