Meet & Greet Services
DXB offers premium Meet & Greet services designed to deliver a seamless, personalized arrival experience.
At Terminal 3 Arrivals, DXB Greet & Go offers a dedicated reception service, making it easier for visitors to connect with their hotels or tour operators through a more organized and streamlined process.
For additional support, Marhaba services at Terminals 1 and 3, provide assistance through immigration, baggage handling and optional lounge access.
Public Transportation Options
Dubai’s public transport network offers options to suit all passenger needs:
Metro
The Dubai Metro's Red Line provides direct connections to DXB's Terminals 1 and 3. Both terminals have dedicated metro stations, facilitating easy access for travelers.Passengers travelling to or from DWC can connect through the Ibn Battuta Metro Station, with onward travel by RTA bus or taxi.
The metro typically operates during the following hours:
Monday to Thursday: 05:00 AM – 12:00 AM
Friday: 05:00 AM – 01:00 AM
Saturday: 05:00 AM – 12:00 AM
Sunday: 08:00 AM – 12:00 AM

Public Buses
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) operates an extensive bus network connecting the airport to various parts of Dubai. Buses depart from dedicated stands located at Arrivals in Terminals 1, 2, and 3.
The F55 route links DWC with the EXPO Metro Station, while the N55 route connects DWC to Ibn Battuta bus and metro stations. Both routes operate every 30 minutes, ensuring convenient access for travelers.
A nol card is required to travel by bus, as cash payments are not accepted. nol cards are available for purchase and top-up at airport terminals, metro stations, and select bus stations. This contactless card serves as an access pass to Dubai's entire public transport system, including buses, metros and even water taxis.

Taxis
Operated by the Dubai Taxi Company, taxis are available 24/7 at DXB and DWC at
designated ranks in each terminal. The starting fare is AED 25, with additional charges based on distance.
Taxis are available in the arrivals area of each terminal - simply follow the signs to the official taxi ranks or speak to a Guest Experience Ambassador for assistance.Ride-hailing services such as Uber and Careem are also available. Book your ride and follow the clearly marked signage to your pickup point.
Limousine services are available through the Bolt app.
Chauffeur Services
For a more luxurious experience, Emirates passengers can book chauffeur services through the airline’s website, offering private transfers to and from the airport.
Car Rental Services
DXB and DWC host several car rental agencies to provide flexible mobility options.
