Visiting a Relative or a Friend in Dubai
A UAE citizen or resident can invite a relative or friend to visit Dubai by applying for a single-entry or multi-entry visit visa. This type of visas allows the foreign visitor to stay for a duration of 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the selected option.
To get the visit visa, the visitor must be a relative or a friend of a UAE citizen or resident. The applicant is required to provide documents proving the relationship and pay the applicable financial guarantee.
If the visitor is the foreign wife of a GCC citizen, she must hold a valid residence permit issued by the husband’s country of nationality before entering the UAE.
